A Note from Thomo

Let's get serious (only for a minute):

In May 2022 I received the worst phone call I hope to ever receive in my life. My mate, Hambo had taken his life. He was such an outgoing, friendly, driven person, it's the last thing I expected! This then triggered a spiral of mental health challenges for myself (and others) from anxiety to depression. The one thing that kept me going during this time? Running and adventure. 

So what happened:

In order for me to survive in this world, I had to take some pretty drastic measures and change the course of my life otherwise I wasn't sure what might have happened. I quit my full-time job in London (along with making some other changes).

So what now:

I am now 100% focused on being an UltraRunner and Running, Nutrition & Mindset Coach. This includes raising money for amazing causes and trying to be funny. I hope to help others to realise that we only have One Life. No Reruns (tattooed on my arm in case I forget) so we have to find a way to be happy and follow our passions and dreams. For me this is running, coaching and adventure so let's really give life a go.
